October / November 2026 – Year 11 SLT Mentor Meeting 1 

4th December 2026  – Deadline for all applications

Late December 2026/Early January 2027 - Offer letters sent to internal students

January 2027 – External student applicants reviewed

February 2027 – External student applicant offers made. This will be dependent upon references having been received from your current school and the total numbers of applications we have to process. All applicants, both successful and unsuccessful, will receive a letter from the school as soon as the decision has been made.

March 2027 – Year 11 SLT Mentor Meeting 2 

Late June / Early July 2027 – Beyond Year 11 Transition Day for Internal and External Students

July – August 2027 – Students complete transition work

19th August 2027 – GCSE Results Day and Enrolment for Loreto Grammar Sixth Form 

Early September 2027 – Year 12 Begins
